5-in-1 Pool Dehumidifier and Constant Temperature Heat Pump-Mixed Air Mode

Working principle 

The equipment's fan draws in warm, humid air from the swimming pool room. This air flows through the evaporator (dehumidifier) coils, transferring heat to the liquid refrigerant. This energy exchange lowers the air temperature below its dew point, causing condensation on the evaporator coils. The resulting moisture flows into the equipment's drip tray, and the liquid refrigerant, after passing through the evaporator, becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant.

The low-temperature gaseous refrigerant then enters the equipment's compressor, where it is ompressed into a high-temperature gaseous state. During its journey to the compressor, the refrigerant absorbs energy used for compression. This high-temperature gaseous refrigerant either flows through the air reheating coil (condenser), the pool water condenser, or through the outdoor condenser (air-cooled or water-cooled). If the air needs heating, the refrigerant flows into the reheating coil. The refrigerant exchanges energy with the low-temperature, dry air from the evaporator. This raises the air temperature, achieving the heating purpose.

If the pool water needs heating, the refrigerant flows into the pool water condenser, transferring energy to the incoming pool water to heat it.

If only air cooling and dehumidification are required, the refrigerant flows to the outdoor condenser.

Five major functions

Venue Dehumidification: The pool dehumidification heat pump utilizes heat pump technology to absorb the latent heat of moisture from the indoor pool air and dehumidify the indoor pool environment through an evaporator.

Air Conditioning (Heating and Cooling): The heat absorbed by the pool dehumidification heat pump is used to heat the air inside the venue through a condenser, while the latent heat is released outdoors through an outdoor condenser, meeting the venue's heating and cooling needs.

Pool Water Heating: The pool dehumidification heat pump uses heat pump technology and a titanium heat exchanger to provide auxiliary heating for the pool water, providing a constant temperature function during dehumidification, resulting in greater energy efficiency.

Fresh Air and Exhaust: The pool dehumidification heat pump unit is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, adjusting the opening of the air valves to regulate the fresh air and exhaust air volumes, meeting the venue's air quality requirements.

Heat Recovery: During dehumidification, the pool dehumidification heat pump unit recovers the exhausted heat and uses the built-in condenser to maintain a constant temperature in the venue.
