The core of the YLW series heater is intelligently divided into two primary heat exchange zones to optimize thermal absorption:

• Radiant Heating Surface: This section, located directly above the combustion chamber, is constructed from high-density square coils. It is designed to absorb the intense radiant heat directly from the flame, ensuring rapid and efficient initial energy transfer.
• Convective Heating Surface: Positioned downstream from the radiant section, this zone consists of serpentine tube bundles. It is engineered to capture the remaining heat from the hot flue gases through convection. This dual-zone arrangement significantly increases the total heating surface area.

This innovative structure not only maximizes the heat absorption area but also contributes to a lower overall unit profile, making installation more flexible.
