The DHL Series Corner-Tube Boiler represents a new generation of high-efficiency, reliable industrial boilers. This advanced design incorporates a front wall, furnace rear wall, left and right side walls, a convection bank (superheater), and flag-type heating surfaces (evaporator section). The entire furnace is constructed with fully welded membrane water walls, ensuring exceptional sealing and structural integrity. The boiler features a single, horizontally arranged, insulated drum, and its circulation is based on a natural circulation principle.
A key innovation of the DHL boiler is its unique self-supporting structure. The downcomers are ingeniously located at the four corners of the boiler, serving not only as water circulation pipes but also as the main support frame. This eliminates the need for an independent steel support structure. The system is anchored by a fixed support point at the front-right, while the other three points allow for free thermal expansion, ensuring stability and longevity under various operating conditions.
