Our advanced dry-process cement production line is equipped with a state-of-the-art low-temperature waste heat power generation system. This technology is engineered to efficiently convert waste heat from exhaust gas into valuable electrical energy, significantly reducing the overall energy consumption of the cement plant. By lowering the discharge temperature of the exhaust gas, our Single-Pressure Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (WHRB) also minimizes environmental pollution, offering a compelling dual benefit of cost savings and ecological responsibility. This system is specifically designed to harness low-grade waste heat, primarily utilizing exhaust gas in the 200°C to 500°C range, which is often unusable by conventional power generation systems.

The system generates saturated and superheated steam from the kiln's exhaust, which is then used to drive a turbine for power generation. This integrated approach enhances the total power output from waste heat, providing a reliable and efficient solution for the modern cement industry.

  • Modular Design (AQC Kiln Head Boiler): The kiln head boiler utilizes a modular assembly structure, ensuring a reliable seal against pressure fluctuations and simplifying installation and maintenance.
  • Durable Construction (AQC Kiln Head Boiler): Features wear-resistant finned tubes, which significantly extend the service life of pressure-bearing components in abrasive-gas environments.
  • Advanced Flash Evaporation (AQC Kiln Head Boiler): A unique flash evaporation technology is employed to lower the boiler outlet temperature to below 90°C, maximizing heat recovery.
  • Vibration Resistance (SP Kiln Tail Boiler): The heating surface tubes and headers are connected using a specialized structure that effectively reduces the impact of mechanical vibrations.
  • Efficient Ash Cleaning (SP Kiln Tail Boiler): A continuous mechanical rapping system is adopted for ash removal, minimizing its impact on the system's operational stability.
  • Reduced Dust Emission: A sealed scraper-type ash removal machine is installed to significantly reduce dust emissions from the kiln tail section.
