The DHL and QXL series represent a state-of-the-art line of packaged coal-fired hot water boilers, engineered for high efficiency and reliability. These units feature a single-drum, longitudinal water-tube configuration, making them an ideal solution for large-scale industrial processes and centralized district heating systems. The boiler is constructed from high-quality components including the boiler drum, water-cooled walls, convection tube banks, a steel tube economizer, and a tube-type air preheater, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

Advanced Design and Key Features

The innovative design of the DHL/QXL series incorporates several advanced features to maximize efficiency and operational flexibility:

  • Fully Water-Cooled Furnace: The furnace is composed of a membrane water-cooled wall, with both the front and rear arches also featuring a water-cooled structure. This design significantly enhances heat absorption and improves combustion efficiency.
  • High-Performance Chain Grate Stoker: The combustion system utilizes a flaker-type, non-leaking chain grate stoker driven by a stepless speed-regulating gearbox. This allows for precise control over the combustion process, accommodating a wide variety of coal types and ensuring complete fuel burnout.
  • Optimized Heat Exchange: Flue gas passes through a horizontal flue duct containing the convection tube bank, followed by a rear-mounted steel tube economizer and air preheater. This multi-stage heat recovery process maximizes thermal efficiency and reduces exhaust gas temperature.
  • High Efficiency and Fuel Flexibility: DHL and QXL series boilers are characterized by their high capacity, excellent thermal efficiency, strong adaptability to different coal types, and safe, reliable operation. The design also promotes effective in-furnace desulfurization and dust removal.
  • Packaged Delivery: The boiler is shipped in packaged modules for fast and convenient on-site assembly, reducing installation time and costs.
